Ordering an Appraisal

We offer 2 different methods to submit your order request, which are listed below. Please provide an e-mail address and/or phone number with your order so that we may reply and confirm receipt of your order.  We will confirm receipt of all requests within 8 business hours (normally much quicker).

To Fax an Order:

Fax your company order form along with a copy of the sales contract, if there is one. The law requires us to review any sales contract as part of the appraisal analysis.

Fax your appraisal services order to (678) 935-1355.  Please be sure to include your email address where you want the appraiser to send your appraisal. If you need confirmation of receipt of your order sent to a different email address, please show that on your form as well.
